The Borusan EnBW Enerji joint venture also laid the cornerstone for the construction of five additional projects with an overall capacity of 207MW.
The wind projects follow a February 2014 framework agreement covering 67 Vestas wind turbines.
The JV between EnBW and Borusan aims at building some 2GW in generating capacity from renewables in Turkey.
