Windforce will instead be held as a conference in Bremen from 7-9 June. The northern German city is only one hour by train from Hamburg.
“With that, we now focus completely on conference content at Windforce,” WAB chairman Klaus Meier says.
“Our members, exhibitioners and visitors in the global fair in Hamburg find the optimised forum for the presentation of their products and services in the offshore business.”
WindEnergy Hamburg, at its first edition in 2014, has already become the world’s biggest wind show, with 33,000 visitors and 1,200 exhibiters.
