A worker performing "preliminary work" at a project site in West Grey, in the southwest of the Canadian renewable energy hot bed, was confronted by a man with a shotgun 26 July.
The victim is identified as Jeff Damen by CBC News. A LinkedIn profile for a renewable energy professional by that name, working in the London, Ontario, area, says he is a project engineer/site manager at Borea Construction, a Canadian wind farm construction company established by Pomerleau, a Canadian construction company, and D.H.
