Sweden and Norway have agreed to boost their joint renewable incentive programme to spur an extra 2 terawatt hours of annual clean-power production. The two nations – which have operated a cross-border green-certificate scheme since 2012 – plan to increase the target to 28.4TWh by 2020. The measure is subject to parliamentary approval.
