RWE Innogy has sold the Sandbostel wind park in Germany to Luxemburg’s FP Lux Investment SICAV-SIF fund. The plant is about to be commissioned, featuring five Enercon E-92 turbines that each have a capacity of 2.35MW. “With new wind turbines, we do not only want to strengthen our own portfolio, but also develop, build and operate wind parks for investors and operators,” RWE Innogy managing director Hans Bünting says.
