The new company will offer consulting and engineering services at every stage of offshore wind development, from feasibility studies to O&M planning, according to a statement on the Wind Minds website.
“(It) will play a leading role in facilitating the emerging Korean offshore wind market” Doarm Engineering said.
The venture, which will be officially launched at the Green Energy Expo 2016 in Daegu, will also cooperate on joint projects with other engineering service providers.
