“Renewables will have a greater weight than they have had in the past, not only because of the INDC [intended nationally determined contribution] commitments Brazil made at COP21, but also because of the team that the [interim] minister brought together,” Eduardo Azevedo said.
“There are several benefits which are not being explored, such as auxiliary services and new business models that can make renewable power more valuable.”
