VIP think-tank urges $90trn 'finance transformation' to meet Paris goals

Reform of fossil fuel subsidies and a green “transformation” of the financial system are part of an ambitious plan to shift $90 trillion of investments towards sustainable infrastructure, released today by a think-tank including former heads of state and finance ministers.
