"Vestas can confirm that negotiations between the Swedish company Arise Windpower and Vestas are ongoing, but Vestas has not yet received a firm and unconditional order for the project," the company says in a statement.
"If the negotiations between the customer and Vestas will result in a firm and unconditional order, Vestas will make a company announcement."
