At 31 December 2010, Vestas’ backlog of firm and unconditional orders amounted to 7.62GW with a value of €7.7bn compared to 5.02GW and €5.4bn at the end of the year before.
Revenues rose 36% to €6.9bn. The increase was driven by deliveries of 5.84GW, compared to 4.76GW in 2009. Vestas says that deliveries reached a record high of 2.56GW in the fourth quarter.
