The order was placed by Akdeniz Elektrik Uretim, a subsidiary of Agaoglu, which will build the wind farm in the Turkish province of Mersin, between the cities of Antalya and Adana.
Vestas will begin delivering 11 of its ‘V90-3.0MW’ in late 2009, and expects to be finished by early 2010.
