BLM, part of the US Interior Department, late Wednesday issued a long-awaited draft Environmental Assessment (EA) that found placement of the turbines by developer Power Company of Wyoming PCW) on billionaire Philip Anschutz’s cattle ranch will not have a significant effect on quality of the human environment.
The announcement begins the public review period for the turbine development EA, which analyzes and evaluates PCW’s site-specific plan of development.
