At least one company that did not win a contract is now suing UTE for non-compliance, Recharge has discovered.

Argentine companies Impsa and Fingano and Abengoa’s Teyma won 50MW contracts each, and must bring their projects on line in 2015.

The three companies offered the cheapest prices, but alleged irregularities with details in the proposals were identified, leading to protests from competitors.
