Even though Vestas is in the midst of an exceptionally busy period as US developers rush to install projects ahead of the expiry of the production tax credit (PTC) incentive, Engel is open about the challenges ahead.
“At the moment it’s like speeding along the highway at a high speed, but knowing you are going to have to slam the breaks on at any moment,” says Engel.
