Senate Democrats have yet to make any formal announcements on the proposed deal, as they are still reviewing it, but House Speaker Paul Ryan has apparently declared that an agreement is imminent, The Wall Street Journal said today.
The broad compromise on spending and tax legislation, which follows weeks of gruelling talks, could see Congress approve an extension of the expired wind Production Tax Credit (PTC), as well as the solar Investment Tax Credit (ITC), which is set to drop from 30% to 10% at the end of next year.
