“The key challenge facing the development of a vibrant supply chain in Scotland, and indeed the rest of the UK, is the uncertainty which still exists with the Contracts for Difference [CfD] process,” he told the Global Offshore Wind conference.
“This uncertainty delays investment and risks our ability to compete with the established supply chain on the continent.”
