The statistics show that Sweden, with 52.1%, has by far the highest share of energy from renewable sources in terms of its total consumption, followed by Latvia (37.1%), Finland (36.8%) and Austria (32.6%).
At the bottom of the Eurostat table the lowest proportions of renewables in total consumption are by Luxembourg (3.6%), Malta (3.8%), the Netherlands (4.5%) and the UK (5.1%).
