The Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) released the final figure today, along with confirmation that support under the outgoing  Renewables Obligation (RO) scheme will be closed for large-scale solar next April.

As outlined in its draft plan, renewables will compete for 15-year CfD support in two ‘pots’.
