Transmission woes to limit Brazil solar and wind bids at tender

Lack of transmission capacity in three leading renewables Brazilian districts will prevent developers of at least 15GW of wind and 5GW of solar projects from bidding at the upcoming tender on 16 December, according to a government technical study.
