Juarez, in Chihuahua State, is across the border from El Paso, Texas. The highway and rail crossings there are among the busiest along the Mexico-US border and enable factories in Juarez ready access to the large US market.
Under the long-term accord, TPI agree to continue supplying wind blades both from its existing Juarez facility and the planned new one for Gamesa projects in Latin America and the US.
