Private equity group Terra Firma – which owns 68.6% – has “informed Infinis of its intention to consider exiting the shareholding”, the developer told investors on the London Stock Exchange.
Infinis operates 274MW of onshore capacity alongside its landfill gas and hydropower activities, with wind assuming an increasingly important role in its portfolio.
The developer added: “There can be no certainty that a sale of any or all of Terra Firma's shareholding in Infinis will take place nor as to the terms on which any such transaction may take place.”
