Tecsis plans blade factory in US or Europe as it outgrows Brazil

After three years of major operational restructuring, Brazilian blade-maker Tecsis is drawing up plans to open a factory in Europe or the US as soon as 2018, when it expects its 8,000-blade annual capacity in Brazil to be fully utilised.
