The new yieldco raised $675m in the IPO, with 45 million shares being sold to the public at $15 each under the ticker symbol GLBL.
The shares ended Friday – their first day of trading – at $14, and continued to slide modestly on Monday morning.
TerraForm Global – which will focus on owning renewables assets in emerging economies – also raised $67.5m
