The G9 Offshore Wind Health & Safety Association reports a 31% rise in the British industry's total recordable injury rate (TRIR) and a 34% increase in lost time injury frequency (LTIF) compared with 2014.
There were 790 reported incidents, no fatalities and 28 working days lost offshore in the UK.
A separate European report shows that TRIR fell by 3%, while LTIF increased by 4%.
