Pedersen was formerly managing director of Skykon subsidiary Welcon – now known as Skykon Give - and has about 25 years experience in the industry.
Skykon has facilities in Denmark, Scotland and China and is establishing production of offshore foundations at the former Lindø shipyard in Denmark.
Denmark-based Skykon is the parent group for several companies providing towers and wind technology components for turbine producers.
