Associated British Ports (ABP) Hull director Matt Jukes tells Recharge it is now expected that the German wind turbine giant will put pen to paper on leasing the consented 54-hectare Alexander Dock site at GreenPortHull “early next year”, with the factory up and running by 2014-15.

A final investment decision was originally expected during 2012.
