Revenues from renewable energy equipment rose 48% to €977m, compared to €661m during the same period last year. Siemens had new orders of €1.454bn, compared to orders of €786m during the fourth quarter of fiscal 2009. The renewable energy division showed an operating profit of €103m, 36% higher than the €76m reported in the fourth quarter last year.
