The Germany-based OEM will supply the 170MW Sarco and 129MW Aurora wind farms owned by Aela Energia, a joint venture between Actis and MRP, which were awarded power deals in Chilean state auctions last year.
Senvion hailed the supply deals – which are still subject to final completion – as a step forward in its strategy to win business in key non-European markets.
