The wind farm, built by developer EDF EN Canada at a site in Lac Pikauba, is equipped with a mixture of Senvion MM82 and MM92 Cold Climate turbines, some equipped with de-icing technology.
Riviere-du-Moulin formed part of a 1GW framework deal signed by EDF Canada and Senvion in 2009.
EDF EN sold a large minority stake in the wind farm to a financial consortium earlier this month.
