Providence-based Deepwater Wind is developer for the pioneering 30MW US offshore facility, which is due to enter full commercial operation in the fourth quarter.

GE Renewable Energy is supplying the turbines. Brave Tern transported the French-manufactured nacelles across the Atlantic Ocean to the project site near Block Island.
