“Recent decisions on renewables by the UK government can only be described as anti-business, anti-environment and anti-energy security,” says Scottish energy minister Fergus Ewing.
Ewing is hosting a renewables roundtable meeting this morning with representatives from across the industry, business organisations and environmental groups to discuss the impact of recent UK government decisions.
He intends to raise issues from the roundtable at a meeting with UK energy and climate secretary Amber Rudd later today.
