Located near East Yorkshire, the plant of 16 Senvion turbines has been under development since 2012.
A £1.3m community fund set up by German-owned RWE is due to go live this autumn, said the group.
The fund will be reinvested in the region over the operational lifetime of the wind farm.
Goole Fields 1 was commissioned in August.
