RWE Innogy UK will site 32 turbines at the site near Denbigh in a project costing almost £100m ($162.5m).
The wind farm will be located on land managed by Natural Resources Wales.
RWE’s project developer Martin Cole said: “We have already started to make inroads into working with the business sector through our supply chain events, to ensure local companies are well placed to bid for contracts when they emerge.”
