Turbine sales were down at 185 turbines with a capacity of 386.15 MW, compared to 256 turbines with a capacity of 530 MW in the same six month period 2008.
However sales were up at €609.7m, compared to €529.8m in the same period in 2008. Net profit increased to €17.5m from €14.4 during the same six month period in 2008.
REpower says it has an order backlog amounted to 592 wind turbines with a total rated power of 1,306.8
