What was your earliest memory? Playing in my parents’ garden, probably a year or two old or so.
Did you go through training/university or straight into work? Bachelor’s degree in economics and then a master’s degree in finance. Then the real learning began at work.
Who are your mentors? Our CEO, Pepe Carnevale, and chairman Paul Rudling. I go out of my way to surround myself with people way smarter than me, and you can learn something from everyone if you listen carefully.
