Pattern Development will partner with Nigig Power Corporation, owned by Henvey Inlet First Nation, on the project in Parry Sound District.
The wind project has secured a 20-year power purchase agreement with the Ontario Power Authority for all its production.
Pattern said it expects to arrange construction and long-term debt financing for Henvey Inlet in 2016.
