Business leaders surveyed for the 2016 Global Opportunity Report said technology in particular can be a powerful tool to tackle the major risks facing global societies.
The study – which surveyed more than 5,500 private and public sector figures – was released today by DNV GL, The UN Global Compact and think-tank Monday Morning Global Institute.
It spells out five risks – such as youth unemployment and transport emissions – and 15 opportunities that arise as part of the solutions to the challenges they present.
