Helium Energi Panamá presented two projects, while Germany’s Innovent Central América and Spain’s Fersa Panamá presented one each.
The lowest offer came in at $0.09/kWh, and the highest came in at $0.12/kWh, although the price had been fixed at $0.11/kWh. Contracts will be for 15-year terms and must come on line by the end of 2013.
