OPPD has a 20-year power purchase agreement with BHE Renewables, the competitive energy subsidiary of BHE, the energy arm of billionaire Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway conglomerate, which ranks fifth in revenue among US companies. The parent firm is based in Omaha, as is OPPD.
