The UK seabed landlord received £22.9m ($30.5m) from operational offshore wind farm leases, up nearly 20% on a year ago.
Offshore wind's capital value grew by 26% to more than £744m, compared with £589.8m a year earlier, as the local industry reached 5.1GW of operational capacity.
Chief executive Alison Nimmo says that with last week’s UK referendum vote to leave the EU, “an extended period of uncertainty and volatility" is expected, but "for us as a business, we hope the exit terms will preserve an open and inclusive market”.
