The Nordex Group posted a 34.9% increase in sales to €1.48bn ($1.64bn) in the first half from a year earlier, with organic growth at the Nordex brand coming in at 18.6%. AWP was consolidated from 1 April.

In the second quarter, AWP accounted for 53.6% of the group’s order intake and will take an even more important role in the second half of the year, Nordex said.
