Nordex said the newly-combined business will in 2016 be targeting sales of more than €3.4bn ($3.83bn) and a margin above 7.5% before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda).
The German group said the Acciona Windpower deal – a €785m transaction first announced in October 2015 – “is to be finalised both legally and commercially at the beginning of April”.
Nordex gave the update as it published final results for 2015, confirming preliminary figures that showed a 40% increase in sales last year.
