After a strong third quarter, the company now expects sales of €2.3bn-2.4bn ($2.5bn-2.6bn) compared to earlier guidance of €2bn-2.3bn.

Nordex also raised its order target to €2.3bn-2.4bn from €2.1bn-2.3bn, saying it expects new business to remain strong in the current fourth quarter.

The increased guidance followed a July-September period that saw sales increase by more than 50% year-on-year to €686m.
