The Department of Energy & Climate Change (DECC) has refused permission for RWE Innogy’s 150MW Carnedd Wen; RES Group’s 90MW Llanbrynmair; Vattenfall’s 59.5MW Llanbadarn Fynydd; and the 62.1MW Llaithddu by Fferm Wynt Llaithddu.
“Careful consideration has been given to each application, and the planning and energy issues involved,” said DECC in a statement announcing its decision on the projects, all in the county of Powys.
