A prerequisite for the transaction is a successful implementation of a new financing concept at Juwi with the participation of several banks, as well as a green light from German competition authorities, MVV said today.
The utility didn't disclose how much it will pay for the stake in Juwi, but a German newspaper in September had said MVV planned to channel a three-digit-million euro amount into the struggling developer.
