Meridian reaped the windfall after the June sale of its 50% stake in Macarthur to a Malaysian group.
The Vestas-equipped Macarthur was officially opened in April in the state of Victoria.
Reporting its results for the year to 30 June, Meridian said its two wind farm projects in construction are both on schedule to be commissioned by summer 2015.
They are the 131MW Mount Mercer wind farm, also in Victoria, and the 60MW Mill Creek wind farm northwest of Wellington, New Zealand.
