Deme in March entered into a partnership with insolvent German developer Windreich to co-develop the offshore wind park, and currently owns 25% in the project company, while Windreich still holds the remaining 75%.
"We are close to financing the project, partnering up to make sure it can be built," said Kristof Van Loon, deputy general manager at Deme Concessions.
"We are making sure that we have the necessary funds to proceed with the project."
