Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4 (MEIF4) has signed an agreement to buy Sorgenia Green from its current owner, Italian energy group Sorgenia.
Terms were not disclosed for the deal, which is subject to certain conditions that are expected to be fulfilled by the end of the year.
