After piling up losses in the 2011-14 period, LM returned to full-year profitability last year, and entered 2016 with momentum.
The company, which supplies blades to many of the world’s leading wind turbine OEMs, reported first-quarter revenues of €231.6m, up 34% year on year. The top-line growth came primarily from greater sales volumes, with new factories in Brazil and India contributing substantially.
