Miliband pledges that a future Labour government would commit Britain to becoming a carbon-free electricity supplier by 2030, and would not make the economy “an excuse for dragging our feet on climate change”.
The Labour leader says that investing in green energy and technology is part of the answer to economic growth, not part of the problem.
